Shipping

We only ship within Australia and as we are based in rural NSW please be aware that shipping times may vary. Tracking is available for all orders placed.

We want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders*.

*For all artworks purchases free In-store pickup is available. To request a shipping quote, please fill out our shipping request form. We will then send you an invoice.

Please use our fab website for all orders but if you notice an item that is sold out please get in touch and we will do our best to find it for you.

Returns

At ellow creative it’s our mission for you to find something that you fall in love with but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We offer exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund on all purchases.

Please get in contact with us within 7 days of your order arriving for us to arrange.

Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.

We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

All items must be returned at the expense of the customer.
